American Friends of LacMus Festival

American Friends of LacMus Festival (AFLF) is a US not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the LacMus Festival at Lake Como, Italy. Founded in 2019 by the American Patrons of LacMus Festival, it’s mission is to ensure that the festival continue to provide world-class artistic programming, highest standard of performances and opportunities for the young musicians to share the stage with great Maestros in the classical music world.

AFLF also serves as the liaison between the LacMus Festival and American friends and patrons. It brings together lovers of classical music from across America and the globe to enjoy the music, arts, history, culture, traditions and friendship in one of the most enchanting settings in the world.

The LacMus Festival is held every summer on the shores of Tremezzina, on Lake Como, one of the most evocative places in the world, providing the perfect natural setting for classical music concerts. The festival consist of a series of concerts, including symphonic music, solo recitals, chamber music, vocal performances and master classes.
