This night offers a kaleidoscope of mostly short pieces coming from the Belle Époque, played by music lovers who make a living out of another job, from lawyers to scientists, but who did complete musical studies and keep their passion alive. They come from Europe, Canada and USA; some are members of PianoLink, an association whose nature lies precisely in connecting amateurs and professionals. This year, PianoLink celebrates its tenth anniversary and collaborates with the LacMus Festival for the first time. Before embarking into this rich program, for a few minutes LacMus festival will leave the stage to the Lake Como children, now taking their first steps in the music world. That is how the future of music starts.
