The Ars Aeterna Ets Association is honored to collaborate with the Comune di Tremezzina for the realization of the project “From global to local: rediscovery and enhancement of the identity of exceptional places”, for the promotion of the territory through thematic itineraries and different formats of fruition.
The project, which is part of a proposal to municipalities with a tourist-cultural vocation, in whose territories are located sites recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage, is specifically dedicated to the Sacred Mounts of Piedmont and Lombardy, including the Sacro Monte di Ossuccio, included since 2003 in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
The project, aimed at a strategy for promoting the tourism sector, has the objective of deseasonalizing tourist flow through the implementation of activities of local interest, as well as offering visitors an integrated cultural experience, thanks to the creation of a digital ecosystem operating through a logic of interoperability for the discovery of the territory, its history, religious spirituality, local building traditions that have shaped its architectures and, above all, the works of art created by artists of absolute importance over four centuries.
