Venetian harpist born in 1992, she began studying the harp at the age of eight. She graduated with top marks, honors and honorable mention at the “Jacopo Tomadini” Conservatory in Udine under the guidance of Patrizia Tassini. She then studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London with Karen Vaughan and later at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Mirjam Schröder. She also attended advanced training courses at the Fiesole School of Music and perfected her skills with internationally renowned teachers such as Fabrice Pierre, Isabelle Perrin, Margherita Bassani, Park Stickney and Skaila Kanga.
She made her debut in Budapest as a soloist with the International Young Soloists’ Orchestra and performed at prestigious festivals, such as: Festival dei due Mondi, Micat in Vertice, Nuova Consonanza, Cantiere internazionale d’arte Montepulciano, Mittelfest, Da Firenze all’Europa, Barco Teatro, Armonie della Magna Graecia, Musica a Villa Durio etc. She won several awards in competitions for solo harp and held the position of first harp of the National Symphony Orchestra of the Italian Conservatories, of the International Young Soloists’ Orchestra and of the Mitteleuropa Orchestra. From the collaboration with Andrea Manco, first flute of the Teatro alla Scala, her first recording project was born, entitled “French Songs for flute and harp”, supported and produced by the Cultural Association Musica con le Ali.
She also studied with Stefano Battaglia at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana and the Accademia Siena Jazz. She thus began to deepen the art of improvisation and to broaden the vision of performance practice for harp in order to explore the rich expressive possibilities of this instrument. In the field of contemporary and experimental jazz music, she collaborates with artists of the caliber of Stefano Battaglia, Harris Lambrakis, Francesco Ponticelli and with various ensembles such as Chigiana-Siena Jazz Ensemble, Ensemble degli Intrigati and Ensemble de Angelis. She is currently a harp teacher at the Siena Jazz Academy. She graduated in Psychology from the University of Padua and is completing her studies in Music Therapy at the “Girolamo Frescobaldi” Conservatory in Ferrara.
