After studying at the Baroque Music Center in Versailles, Eugénie Lefebvre joined the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Since her victory at the 2017 “Corneille Competition” in Rouen, she has performed with Le Poème Harmonique, Les Talens Lyriques, Pygmalion, Correspondances, Le Concert d’Astrée, Les Arts Florissants, without forgetting L’Escadron Volant de la Reine, Léviathan and Les Surprises, dears ensembles to her heart.
From these collaborations many records have been released, notably Egisto by Cavalli at the Royal Opera of Versailles with Vincent Dumestre, Psyché by Lully with Christophe Rousset, Miserere by Scarlatti with L’Escadron Volant de la Reine, Ténèbres et Abysses, French « leçons de ténèbres » with Léviathan and Lucile Tessier, Hamburg 1700 with Acte 6, collective created by Ronan Khalil and Samuel Hengebaert, Requiem by Jean Gilles with the Baroque Music Center of Versailles and Fabien Armengaud, Te Deum with les Surprises of Louis-Noël Bestion de Camboulas.
The year 2024 will be the occasion for several program creations and the 3rd edition of « Les SuPercheries » festival with L’Escadron Volant de la Reine, ensemble of which she is one of the artistic directors; also to continue the tour of the show Médée et Jason staged by Pierre Lebon with Les Surprises, as well as to record her first personal solo project with the Oktav Records label in september.
