2021 Edition
LacMus Festival 2021 takes place from 8 to 18 July 2021 on Lake Como, Italy.
The musical program of this edition is a tribute to several anniversaries: 700 years from Dante Alighieri’s death, 100 years from Astor Piazzolla’s birth and 100 years from Camille Saint-Saëns’s death. Also, 2020 was the year marking the 100th anniversary of the return of Isola Comacina from Belgium to Italy and the celebration will be held this year.
Besides the concerts, a special exhibition is part of 2021 program: “Artur Schnabel and family – A musical legacy in Tremezzina, Lake Como” is the first international project ever dedicated to Artur Schnabel and his family and will be open to the public from 1 July to 26 September 2021 at Museo del Paesaggio del Lago di Como in Tremezzo (CO).
All concerts will be held outdoor.
All activities will be held in compliance with anti-Covid19 safety norms provided by Regione Lombardia and by National Authorities.
In compliance with anti-Covid19 and social distancing norms, the artistic direction found peculiar solutions for every concert and every location, in order to guarantee the highest level of security and safety to the audience.
